目的:探讨自然组织谐波成像在卵泡监测中的应用价值。方法:选择2014年6月至2015年11月在我院行卵泡监测的患者200例,每例患者均连续监测4次,对比分析自然组织谐波成像和基波成像质量。注意观察卵泡内缘的锐利程度,以方便精确测量卵泡真实大小。结果:200例患者共进行800次监测,其中基波成像理想率73.04%,自然组织谐波成像理想率94.96%,二者比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:自然组织谐波成像可以更清晰地显示卵泡,可更精确测量卵泡大小。
Objective: To explore the value of natural tissue harmonic imaging in follicular monitoring. Methods: 200 cases of follicular monitoring in our hospital from June 2014 to November 2015 were selected. Each patient was continuously monitored for 4 times. The contrast between natural tissue harmonic imaging and fundamental imaging quality was analyzed. Observe the sharpness of the inner edge of the follicle in order to facilitate accurate measurement of the true size of the follicle. Results: A total of 800 surveillances were conducted in 200 patients. The ideal imaging rate of fundamental imaging was 73.04% and that of natural tissue was 94.96%. There was a significant difference between the two (P <0.01). Conclusion: Natural tissue harmonic imaging can show follicles more clearly and measure the size of follicles more accurately.
