生于二十世纪三十年代初四川省东部的张永枚,于新中国诞生的同一年参加中国人民解放军,随后作为文艺战士,参加抗美援朝战争,其文学生涯也正式开端,并一直延续到世纪末。在长达半个世纪的创作生涯中,出版诗集近三十部:《三勇士》(1954)、《新春》(1954)、《海边的诗》(1955)、《南海渔歌》(1957)、《骑马挂枪走天下》(1957)、《神笔之歌》(1957)、《椰树的歌》(1958)、《唱社会主义》(1959)、《将军柳》(1959)、
Born in the eastern part of Sichuan Province in the early 1930s, Zhang Yongmei, who joined the Chinese People’s Liberation Army in the same year as the birth of New China, took part in the War of Resistance Against Amerihood and Aid Korea and became a literary and art warrior. His literary career also officially began and lasted until the turn of the century. In his half century of creative career, he has published nearly thirty poems: The Three Warriors (1954), New Year (1954), The Poem by the Sea (1955), The South Sea Fisher Song (1957) (1957), Song of the Magic Pens (1957), Song of the Coconut Tree (1958), Singing Socialism (1959), General Liu (1959)
