本文通过对385个有效样本的调查和数据分析,运用层次回归法和结构方程模型研究了员工职业成长对组织承诺的影响作用。分析结果表明:组织文化导向在员工职业成长对组织承诺的影响中发挥调节作用。高员工导向组织文化下,职业成长对组织承诺的正向影响也增强;高结果导向的组织文化下,职业成长对组织承诺的负向影响越强。对于员工职业成长与组织承诺,员工导向与结果导向具有交互调节作用,高员工-高结果导向文化下影响最大。
Through the investigation and data analysis of 385 effective samples, this paper studies the impact of employee career growth on organizational commitment by using the method of hierarchical regression and structural equation modeling. The analysis results show that the organizational culture orientation plays a regulatory role in the influence of employee career growth on organizational commitment. High-staff-oriented organizational culture, the positive impact of career growth on organizational commitment has also been enhanced; under the result-oriented organizational culture, the stronger the negative impact of career growth on organizational commitment. For employee career growth and organizational commitment, employee orientation and results-oriented interaction with the role of regulation, high-staff-oriented results-oriented culture has the greatest impact.
