用血精素(XJS)观察对伤口组织愈合的影响。XJS对小鼠伤口组织的成纤维细胞(mFb)和人阴茎包皮术后的上皮细胞(hEC)进行培养、传代,以此实验模型研究XJS对伤口组织的愈合作用。用酶联免疫检测仪(Bio-Rad450型),在570nm波长测定光吸收值,它能促进mFb和hEC的增殖,提高细胞培养液的光吸收值。XJS是通过对细胞的增殖作用而促进伤口愈合。XJS对伤口愈合的机理有待进一步研究。
The effect of hematin (XJS) on wound healing was observed. XJS was used to culture and passage the fibroblasts (mFb) of mice wound and epithelial cells (hEC) after human foreskin circumcision. The experimental model was used to study the healing effect of XJS on wound tissues. The absorbance at 570 nm was measured with an enzyme-linked immunosorbent (Bio-Rad 450), which promoted the proliferation of mFb and hEC and increased the light absorption of the cell culture medium. XJS promotes wound healing by proliferating cells. The mechanism of wound healing by XJS needs further study.
