综合评述了国内外采用恢复性热处理技术来延长锅炉管道剩余寿命的研究现状,并介绍了该技术使老化材料的显微组织得以恢复和蠕变空洞烧结闭合方面的研究成果及其实用价值和经济效益。国内外的研究结果表明,恢复性热处理能提高老化管材的室温强度,显著提高持久强度和降低蠕变速度,从而降低蠕变裂纹开裂损伤和扩展速度。与更换新管道相比,采用恢复性热处理的费用仅为前者的12.5%左右,具有巨大的经济效益。
A review was given on the research status of restorative heat treatment at home and abroad to prolong the remaining life of boiler tubes. The research results on the microstructure of aged materials and the closing of creep voids were introduced and their practical value and economy benefit. The research results at home and abroad show that the recovery heat treatment can improve the room temperature strength of aged pipe, significantly improve the long-term strength and reduce the creep speed, so as to reduce the damage and propagation speed of creep crack. Compared with the replacement of new pipe, the cost of recovery heat treatment is only about 12.5% of the former, with great economic benefits.
