轧钢加热炉内的传热过程非常复杂,其设计往往依靠经验。本文通过对轧钢步进梁式加热炉内热工状态建模,并对炉内流体流动、燃烧化学反应、传热过程进行了模拟仿真。仿真结果符合工业炉内热工过程的基本规律,温度的仿真结果与测试相比误差较小。仿真结果可以为工业炉的设计、运行和操作提供依据。
The heat transfer process in the rolling furnace is very complex and its design often depends on experience. In this paper, the thermal state in the walking beam furnace of steel rolling was modeled, and the fluid flow, combustion chemical reaction and heat transfer in the furnace were simulated. The simulation results are in accordance with the basic laws of thermal process in industrial furnace. The simulation results of temperature show less error than the test. The simulation results can provide the basis for the design, operation and operation of industrial furnaces.
