目的分析1304例学龄前儿童呼吸道感染病毒检测情况。方法采用荧光免疫法对1304例学龄前儿童血液中呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、腺病毒(ADV)、甲型流感病毒(IFA)、乙型流感病毒(IFB)、副流感病毒(PIVS)进行检测,分析各种病毒的检出情况。结果在1304例标本中,病毒检测阳性率为57.52%(750/1304),单项病原体检出率为49.08%(640/1304),依次为IFB 43.44%(278/640),PIVS 26.41%(169/640),RSV 19.53%(125/640),ADV 9.38%(60/640),IFA 1.25%(8/640);混合感染检出率为8.44%(110/1304);IFB、PIVS、RSV在不同季节检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本地区学龄前儿童呼吸道感染病毒以IFB、PIVS、RSV为主,冬季是病毒感染的好发季节。
Objective To analyze the detection of respiratory tract infection in 1304 preschool children. Methods The blood samples of 1304 preschool children with respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), adenovirus (ADV), influenza A virus (IFA), influenza B virus (IFB) and parainfluenza virus (PIVS) were detected by fluorescence immunoassay Detection, analysis of the detection of various viruses. Results Among 1304 specimens, the positive rate of virus detection was 57.52% (750/1304). The detection rate of single pathogen was 49.08% (640/1304), followed by IFB 43.44% (278/640) and PIVS 26.41% (169 / 640), RSV 19.53% (125/640), ADV 9.38% (60/640) and IFA 1.25% (8/640) respectively. The detection rate of mixed infection was 8.44% (110/1304) The detection rate in different seasons, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The prevalence of respiratory tract infection in pre-school children in this region is mainly IFB, PIVS and RSV. Winter is the predominant season for virus infection.
