以三叶期乌塌菜为试材,防虫网条件下,采用单因素随机区组试验,设计了6个氮水平,探讨了不同施氮量对乌塌菜的生长、产量、品质、效益和氮素的吸收利用的影响。结果表明:随着氮肥施入量的增加,乌塌菜的株高、根质量和地上部鲜质量、单株产量、总产量均随施氮量的增加呈现明显的先增高后下降趋势,叶片数没有明显的规律性变化,根冠比、纤维素含量呈下降趋势,硝酸盐含量呈上升趋势;N 22.5g·m~(-2)氮肥水平的根质量、地上部鲜质量、单株产量和总产量、产值和效益均达到最大;乌塌菜的净菜率、硝酸盐含量增加,维生素C含量和纤维素含量降低;总吸氮量、氮肥吸收利用率先升高后降低,N 22.5g·m~(-2)处理吸氮量达到最大值,N 15.0g·m~(-2)处理氮肥吸收利用率达到最大值,氮素的农学利用率和偏生产力均呈下降趋势。氮肥对乌塌菜的品质影响很大,合理施用氮肥,能显著提高效益和改善氮素的利用情况。该试验条件下,乌塌菜最佳氮肥施用量为N 22.5g·m~(-2)。

The agronomic efficiency and partial yield of nitrogen decreased. Nitrogen fertilizer has a great influence on the quality of Zaoshuai. Reasonable application of nitrogen fertilizer can significantly improve the efficiency and improve the utilization of nitrogen. Under the experimental conditions, the best N application rate was N 22.5g · m -2.
