对补差工作,我体会最深的,就是教师要善于激发和培养差生对数学浓厚的学习兴趣,使学习数学成为差生的自觉追求。一、融洽师生情感做好转差工作的重要前提是教师必须对全体学生负责。如果教师对差生的批评指责过多,鼓励帮助较少,会使他们失去学习信心,产生严重的自卑心理,就会压抑差生的进取心,阻碍思维能力的发展。教师应该相信每一个学生,尊重每一个学生,并尽量让每一个学生多有自信心,要能让每个差生都抬起头来走路,防止差生在集体中变成一个默默无闻的人。教学数学不是单纯的认识性活动,同时也是情感性的活动,教师对差生的爱,是他们上好数学课的动力,能使差生在愉快的情绪中学习,减少差生对学习数学的心理负担,以集中听课的注意力。要融洽师生情感,教学中必须抓住差生的
