2006年年初,江西省农业厅创新农业信息服务思路,转变信息服务方式方法,在全省推行“农业信息为农服务窗口”试点。“窗口”是一种自主创新的信息服务手段,针对信息服务一定要面向农村、贴近农民,一般设在乡镇集市的农产品批发市场、农贸市场及农资连锁经销户点或农产品流通协会等人流量较多的场所中,配备电视、电脑、电话、打印机、书刊等现代化设备,实行市场化运作。目前,江西全省已开办15家“农业信息为农服务窗口”,安福县农业局是首批“农业信息为农服务窗口”试点之一,他们的做法和经验值得各地借鉴。
