随着社会主义市场经济水平的不断提高,企业也呈现出了一种快速发展的强劲势头,企业管理理论不仅得到了更为广泛的研究,同时管理方法也更趋多样化。现阶段,在经济一体化的快速进程中,不仅给企业带来了一定的发展机遇,同时也给其带来一系列的严峻挑战。面对新形势,企业又该如何充分的发挥资源的最优化配置和利用,由此企业的人本管理也就得到最为有效的发挥。基于此,本文对现代企业管理过程中的人本管理理念进行了深入的探讨和分析,目的就是为了更好的实现企业的持续发展。
