目的 对 2型糖尿病患者红细胞胞浆中可溶性钙调素 (Ca M)的活性及其影响因素进行观察。方法 研究对象为 70例 2型糖尿病住院患者 ,其中 4 6例单用口服降糖药 (OHA) ,磺脲类治疗 3 2例 ,双胍类治疗 2 0例 ,拜唐苹治疗 4例 ;2 4例使用胰岛素 (Ins)或 Ins+ OHA治疗 3周以上。红细胞胞浆可溶性 Ca M用纯化 PDE法测定。结果 2型糖尿病患者红细胞胞浆中可溶性 Ca M活性明显低于正常对照组 (P<0 0 5 )。 Ins治疗组 Ca M活性与正常组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;而 OHA组 Ca M活性较正常组显著降低 (P <0 0 5 )。 多因素分析显示 2型糖尿病患者红细胞胞浆中 Ca M活性与年龄、体重指数 (BMI)呈负相关 ,与空腹 Ins水平呈正相关。结论 2型糖尿病患者红细胞胞浆中可溶性Ca M活性明显降低 ,而 Ins治疗可使其红细胞胞浆中可溶性 Ca M活性有所恢复。
Objective To investigate the activity and influencing factors of soluble calmodulin (Ca M) in erythrocyte cytoplasm of type 2 diabetic patients. METHODS: Forty-six patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled in this study. Among them, 46 cases were treated with oral hypoglycemic agents (OHA) alone, 32 cases were treated with sulfonylureas, 20 cases were treated with biguanides and 4 cases were treated with Baitangping. Cases of insulin or Ins + OHA treatment for more than 3 weeks. Erythrocyte cytoplasmic soluble CaM was determined by the purified PDE method. Results The soluble CaM activity in erythrocyte cytoplasm in type 2 diabetic patients was significantly lower than that in normal controls (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in CaM activity between Ins group and normal group (P> 0.05), while CaM activity of OHA group was significantly lower than that of normal group (P <0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that CaM activity in erythrocyte cytoplasm was negatively correlated with age and body mass index (BMI) in patients with type 2 diabetes and positively correlated with fasting Ins level. Conclusions The soluble CaM activity in erythrocyte cytoplasm of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is obviously decreased, while the activity of soluble Ca M in erythrocyte cytoplasm is restored by Ins treatment.
