本文首先用同一尺寸带切口的混凝土三点弯曲梁,分别在7天、14天、21天和28天龄期下,测试其断裂能G_F和断裂韧度K_(IC)。结果表明,各龄期混凝土断裂能G_F的倒数与龄期倒数之间的关系是线性的。通过三个系列,不同骨料级配的带切口的三点弯曲梁试验,得到了骨料级配对C_F和K_(IC)的影响规律。研究结果表明,可以用湿筛法制成的混凝土梁的G_F、K_(IC)值代替原配比大尺寸混凝土梁的G_F、K_(IC)值。
In this paper, the fracture energy G_F and fracture toughness K_(IC) of the concrete three-point bending beams with the same size were tested at 7 days, 14 days, 21 days and 28 days. The results show that the relationship between the reciprocal of the fracture energy G_F and the reciprocal age of each age is linear. Through three series of three-point bending beams with different aggregate grading tests, the effect of aggregate-level matching C_F and K_(IC) was obtained. The results show that the G_F and K_(IC) values of the concrete beams that can be made by the wet sieve method can replace the G_F and K_(IC) values of the original concrete large-size concrete beams.
