1998年4月,公司成立了再就业服务中心(2005年5月更名为员工交流安置中心,以下简称“中心”),2000年1月公司又组建了上海石化久益劳务发展有限公司(2007年9月变更为上海石化企业发展有限公司久依分公司,以下简称“久依公司”)。随着中心的成立和久依公司的组建并运作,公司内部下岗富余人员的管理和安置工作逐步纳入专业化集中管理范畴。中心与久依公司实行“两块牌子,一套班子,一套组织结构”的管理模式。
