蔬菜现状:2010年四季度,本市八大农产品批发市场中54种蔬菜的上市量为203万吨,比三季度上升8.3%,比2009年同期增加3.7%,日均上市量为2.2万吨。蔬菜的季加权平均价格为每千克2.79元,比三季度上升18.2%,比2009年同期上升20.3%,价格为自2002年以来最高水平。从季度内分月价格变化情况看,10、11月份价格升幅较大,12月份价格回落。2010年蔬菜上市总量为775万吨,同比增幅为1.8%,日均上市量为2.1万吨。平均价格为每千克2.78元,同比升幅为21.9%。来源情况:2010年北京批发市场蔬菜主要来自河北省、山东省、北京市和辽宁省,所占比例分别为27.7%、27.7%、9.7%和7.9%。来自海南、广东、广西、云南南方四省的比例合计为6.9%。分析预测:2010年四季度蔬菜价格环比涨幅较大,价格先升后降。大部分品种价格同比上涨,价格达到新的水平。成本上升是推高蔬菜价格的主要原因。除了生产资料价格上涨外,人工成本上升是2010年的热点,据三联周刊对主要蔬菜产地寿光的调研,2010年人工成本相比前两年涨了1倍,
