中国共产党为了针对国内和国际环境的持续改变而进行的一项重大决策是学习型党组织建设,其升华了党的建设经验。结合近些年以来的党建工作实际情况,高校党组织的建设较为理想,可是依旧面临一系列的缺陷,应当对其深层次的原因进行分析,吸收学习型党组织的思想,从而完善高校学习型党组织建设的工作路径。
