①目的探讨辐照保藏干果果脯类食品的卫生标准。②方法干果果脯类食品经60Co-γ射线照射,吸收剂量为0.4~1.0kGy,室温保藏1~2年,观察保藏效果、营养成分变化。③结果辐照后的干果果脯类食品的保藏期延长,营养成分无明显变化并保持了原食品的品质。④结论0.4~1.0kGy60Co-γ射线辐照对干果果脯类食品有明显杀虫作用。
① Objective To investigate the health standards of preserving dried fruits preserved by irradiation. ② Method Dried fruits Preserved foods irradiated by 60Co-γ ray absorbed dose of 0.4 ~ 1.0kGy, stored at room temperature for 1 ~ 2 years, the preservation effect was observed, and the changes of nutritional components. (3) Results After the irradiation of preserved fruits preserved foods extended shelf life, no significant changes in nutrients and maintain the quality of the original food. ④ Conclusion 0.4 ~ 1.0kGy60Co-γ ray irradiation on dried fruit preserved foods have obvious insecticidal effect.
