随着新课改的全面铺开,构建“教师主导,学生主体”的新型师生关系已在高中教师中达成广泛共识。传统教育中教师教,学生被教;教师只管讲,学生只管听;教师讲的都正确,学生不用去怀疑;教师做决定,学生唯命是从的态度与做法,维持甚至激化了师生之间的矛盾。因此新阶段就要求教师由过去知识的传授者转变为以提高学生思维能力、学习能力为核心的促进者。本文是根据新课程的指导精神以及多年的教学经验,对于在高中数学教学中高中教师角色转变的重要性进行简要地论述。
