对Ti一51at%Ni合金双向形状记忆特性所做的正电子湮没Doppler展宽能谱线形S参数随冷—热循环次数的变化表现了很强的规律性,且当S参数的数值增大到最大值的百分之八十时(冷—热循环次数约二十次左右),该合金元件的双向形状记忆特性稳定,微观与宏观测量结果取得了良好的一致。这不仅为双向形状记忆效应的稳定性研究找到了一个有效而方便的手段,而且也证明了正电子湮没谱学这种微观方法对材料的研究工作的价值。
The positron annihilation Doppler broadening spectrum linear S-shape parameter of Ti-51at% Ni alloy with bi-directional shape memory exhibits strong regularity with the change of the number of cold-thermal cycles, and when the value of S-parameter increases to 80% of the maximum value (about 20 times of cold-heat cycles), the bidirectional shape memory property of the alloy element is stable, and the micro and macro measurements are in good agreement. This not only finds an effective and convenient method for studying the stability of bidirectional shape memory effect, but also proves the value of positron annihilation spectroscopy microscopic method to study the material.
