为应对各种交通事件对高速公路网的冲击,最大限度发挥高速公路网络的整体调节和适应功能,需集成路网交通组织与协同控制的相关研究成果,建立跨区域大范围路网协同运行控制系统,实现各级交通管理部门的联合协同控制和交通资源的动态最优配置。基于此系统与平台的集成关系以及与其他系统的协同关系,根据现状调研、需求调研和技术调研结果,按照软件工程学的原理和方法,进行系统功能设计和技术方案设计。该系统具备突发事件、计划事件、免费通行条件下的高速公路路网交通配流与组织方案快速生成、管控优化方案快速生成以及事件管控效果评估等功能,为跨区域大范围路网交通管控提供系统支持。
