目的:用内毒素滴注法建立牙周炎动物模型,为牙周炎的病理研究及治疗提供研究工具。方法:将36只Wistar大鼠随机分成三组:正常对照组(N)、空白对照组(C)和模型组(M)。锐分离C组和M组大鼠上颌左侧第一磨牙(M1)颊舌侧牙龈,M组滴入10μL1mg/mL内毒素混悬液,C组滴入生理盐水10μL;同法操作3次,每次间隔2d;同时造模期间,两组动物均用高糖粘性牛奶代替饮用水饲养。造模后观察实验动物一般生物学特征和牙周组织病理变化。结果:8d后M组动物一般生物学特征和牙周组织病理变化均符合典型牙周炎表现。结论:内毒素滴注法建立的牙周炎大鼠模型可以模拟人类牙周炎的组织变化。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an animal model of periodontitis by endotoxin instillation to provide a research tool for pathological research and treatment of periodontitis. Methods: 36 Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal control group (N), blank control group (C) and model group (M). Sharp separation of the gums on the buccal and lingual side of the maxillary first molar (Ml) in group C and group M. The M group received 10 μL of 1 mg / mL endotoxin suspension and the group C received 10 μL of normal saline. Each interval of 2d; at the same time modeling, the two groups of animals are replaced with high-sugar milk instead of drinking water feeding. After modeling, observe the general biological characteristics of experimental animals and periodontal tissue pathological changes. Results: After 8 days, the general biological characteristics and periodontal histopathological changes in M group were in line with the typical periodontitis. Conclusion: The rat model of periodontitis established by endotoxin infusion can simulate the tissue changes of human periodontitis.
