企业无论是生存还是发展都跟整个社会有着极其紧密的联系,企业是作为一个经济实体存在于社会之中的,企业以追求自身最大化利益为目标的同时也必须完成企业的社会责任。本文以企业社会责任成本理论的历史背景入手,对企业社会责任成本内容、企业责任成本存在的问题、企业社会责任成本问题原因分析、企业社会责任问题对策五个方面做了深入研究。
Enterprises both have an extremely close relationship with the whole society both in their existence and in their development. Enterprises exist as an economic entity in the society. Enterprises aim to maximize their own profits while fulfilling corporate social responsibilities. Based on the historical background of the theory of corporate social responsibility cost, this dissertation makes an in-depth study on the cost of corporate social responsibility, the existing cost of corporate responsibility, the analysis of the causes of corporate social responsibility costs and the countermeasures of corporate social responsibility.
