亮菌甲素是从假密环菌(Armillariellatabescens)中分离得的一种新的香豆素类化合物,化学名为3-乙酰基-5-羟甲基-7-羟基香豆素,对急性胆道感染有较好的疗效,无明显副作用。本品在 pH7.3~7.5含甘油的注射液(见表1处方1)中不稳定,常温贮存很易分解变质。本文对影响亮菌甲素注射液稳定性的有关因素,如原料来源、稳定剂的选择、pH 值等因素采用正交设计,按加速试验法进行优选。经试验表明,pH 值及稳定剂(硫脲)的加入为影响本品稳
