维护和增进学生的心理健康水平,提高学生的心理素质,促进其人格向健康、协调的方向发展,培养身心健康、具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质人才是学校责无旁贷的责任。调查结果显示,职业院校学生心理健康状况主流是好的,但是,也存在一些严重问题。学校必须对心理健康教育进行颠覆性改革,要把思想道德教育、心理健康教育、职业指导融为一体,编写切实体现“三贴近”原则,具有针对性、实效性的教材,切实体现以人为本和学生在教学中的主体地位,通过各种活动,加强学生心理素质的训练。
