为解决华北地区夏季生菜高温生产问题,本研究通过不同浓度的芸苔素内酯和聚乙二醇处理生菜种子,研究对其在高温下的萌发效应。研究发现,经过0.05 mg/kg、0.10 mg/kg和0.15mg/kg浓度的BR浸种处理下,生菜种子30℃、32℃下萌发率降低,BR对生菜种子高温萌发有严重抑制作用。而经过PEG处理的生菜种子在高温下表现优良。跟对照组相比,20℃下,差异不显著;30℃下,15%PEG对生菜种子萌发有抑制作用。其他浓度均促进生菜萌发的作用,其中10%PEG处理组差异最显著,整齐度和发芽率最好;32℃下,除10%PEG差异不显著外,其他所有浓度均促进生菜萌发,其中5%PEG处理组种子活力最高。可见BR不适合作为生菜种子高温下的种子引发剂,而适宜浓度的PEG在对提高生菜种子发芽率和整齐度方面具有显著效果。
In order to solve the problem of high temperature summer lettuce production in North China, we studied the germination of lettuce by different concentrations of brassinolide and polyethylene glycol. The results showed that the germination rate of lettuce seed at 30 ℃ and 32 ℃ decreased after treated with BR (0.05 mg / kg, 0.10 mg / kg and 0.15 mg / kg), and BR inhibited the germination of lettuce seed at high temperature. The lettuce seeds treated with PEG performed well at high temperatures. Compared with the control group, the difference was not significant at 20 ℃; 15% PEG inhibited the germination of lettuce seed at 30 ℃. Other concentrations of 10% PEG promoted the germination of lettuce, of which 10% PEG treatment was the most significant difference, the best uniformity and germination rate; 32 ℃, except for 10% PEG difference was not significant, all other concentrations promote the germination of lettuce, of which 5 % PEG treatment group the highest seed vigor. The results showed that BR was not suitable as a seed initiator for lettuce seeds under high temperature, while PEG with appropriate concentration had significant effect on improving germination rate and uniformity of lettuce seeds.
