样本空间模型是作者对炼铁数学模型进行多年探索之后,按照系统论、信息论、控制论的基本原理,以深入分析炼铁生产实践经验为基础建立的一整套实用模型。本文简述了这一模型的建立和应用。在微机上开发了系统分析软件包。灵活应用集合论、数理统计和最优化方法优选了工艺参数的最优组合。其中谱线图用于确定主要参数的优化区间;双因素优选图给出关键参数的优化控制;分层晋级预测了高炉在现有条件下的生产潜力。实践证明,样本空间模型具有人工智能功能。它既能全面、系统地总结现场经验,又能找出规律,进一步指导优化决策与操作,从而提高了生产水平。
The sample space model is a set of practical models based on the in-depth analysis of practical experience of ironmaking production after the author explores the mathematic model of ironmaking for many years and follows the basic principles of system theory, information theory and control theory. This article briefly describes the establishment and application of this model. In the computer developed a system analysis software package. Flexible application set theory, mathematical statistics and optimization method to optimize the optimal combination of process parameters. Among them, the spectrogram is used to determine the optimization interval of the main parameters. The two-factor optimization diagram gives the optimal control of the key parameters. The hierarchical promotion predicts the production potential of the blast furnace under the existing conditions. Practice has proved that the sample space model has the function of artificial intelligence. It can not only comprehensively and systematically summarize the field experience, but also find out the law and further guide the optimization of decision-making and operation, thus raising the level of production.
