朱洗教授从国外引进蓖麻蚕,为我国蚕业生产做出了巨大贡献。为了更好的发展蓖麻蚕丝的生产,目前对改善蓖麻蚕经济性状的研究,逐渐引起人们的重视。我们(1981)曾将家蚕DNA注射给五龄蓖麻蚕,引起了蓖麻蚕某些遗传性状发生了变异。为了探索外源DNA诱导变异的适宜条件,有必要对这一发育时期的核酸代谢情况进行研究。Tashiro等(1968)和Shigematsu等(1978)对家蚕核酸进行研究。辜祥荣等(1981)对蓖麻蚕后部丝腺核酸含量变化进行过研究。本文研究了五龄蓖麻蚕整体和几个主要器官DNA和RNA含量的变化,同时也研究了~3H-胸腺嘧啶及~3H-尿嘧啶在不同时间对不同组织DNA和RNA的参入,现将结果报告如下。
Professor Zhu Xi introduced castor silkworm from abroad, for our sericulture has made tremendous contributions. In order to better develop the production of castor bean silk, the current study on improving the economic traits of castor? Silkworm, gradually attracted people’s attention. We (1981) once injected silkworm DNA into the fifth instar castor silkworm, causing some genetic traits to mutate in the castor silkworm. In order to explore the suitable conditions for inducing variation of exogenous DNA, it is necessary to study the nucleic acid metabolism in this developmental period. Tashiro et al. (1968) and Shigematsu et al. (1978) studied silkworm nucleic acids. Ku Xiangrong et al. (1981) studied the changes in the content of nucleic acid in the silk gland at the rear of the castor bean. In this paper, we studied the changes of DNA and RNA content in whole and several major organs of Castanea mollissima and studied the incorporation of ~ 3H-thymine and ~ 3H-uracil into DNA and RNA of different tissues at different times. The results are reported below.
