陈云对于个人的功劳有非常明确的认识。1982年4月,陈云通过秘书转告《陈云文稿选编(1949—1956)》编辑组,文稿的后记中要明确说明他主持中财委期间,几乎所有决定,特别是重大决策,除他做了必要的调查研究外,都是集体讨论做出的。他还说明许多重大决策是根据党中央确定的路线、方针、政策做出的,或经过党中央批准的,绝不能把功劳记在一个人的账上。
Chen Yun for personal credit has a very clear understanding. In April 1982, Chen Yun informed the editorial team of Chen Yun’s Manuscripts (1949-1956) through his secretary that the postscript of the manuscript should clearly state that almost all decisions, especially important decisions, he took during the presidency of the Finance Committee, except that he made the necessary Survey and research, are made by the collective discussion. He also stated that many major decisions must be made on the basis of the lines, guidelines and policies set by the Central Party Committee or approved by the Central Party Committee and should never be credited to one’s account.
