介绍了各种爆炸焊缝超声检验回波特点,推导了计算回波信号幅度和相位的公式,给出了理论波形图。原理分析表明:为评价爆炸焊质量,超声回波的幅度和相位信息都是重要的,并应采用宽频超声技术。简单介绍了新研制成功的宽频超声仪器和C-型扫描记录器,实验中金相解剖及超声检验的结果与理论分析吻合得很好。此项技术用于核反应堆燃料元件及设备的制造。
The echographic characteristics of various explosive welds were introduced. The formulas for calculating the amplitude and phase of echo signals were deduced. The theoretical waveforms were given. The principle analysis shows that in order to evaluate the quality of the explosive welding, the amplitude and phase information of the ultrasonic echo are both important and the broadband ultrasound technique should be adopted. The newly developed broadband ultrasound instrument and C-scan scanner are briefly introduced. The results of metallographic dissection and ultrasound examination are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis. This technology is used in the manufacture of nuclear reactor fuel elements and equipment.
