科学发展观是党中央对社会发展客观规律的正确认识和科学把握,是将马克思主义基本原理和我国建设实际及时代特征相结合的最新成果。这一发展观是建立在马克思主义唯物史观基础之上的。唯物史观中的生产决定论、社会历史主体理论、利益分析理论、社会结构论和人对自然界的依赖性和社会历史的连续性理论是科学发展观的重要理论依据。全面建设小康社会,实现社会主义现代化,必须牢固树立和落实科学发展观,在实现科学发展的伟大实践中,丰富和发展马克思主义理论。
The scientific concept of development is the party Central Committee’s correct understanding and scientific grasp of the objective law of social development and the latest result of combining the basic tenets of Marxism with the actual conditions of our country and the characteristics of the times. This concept of development is based on the historical materialism of Marxism. The theory of production determinism, the subject of social history, the theory of interest analysis, the theory of social structure, the dependence of man on nature and the continuity of social history in the historical materialism are the important theoretical bases of the scientific development concept. To build a well-off society in an all-round way and to modernize socialism, we must firmly establish and implement the scientific concept of development, and enrich and develop Marxist theory in the great practice of realizing scientific development.
