近年来机械模具数控加工技术取得了较快的发展。我国是一个制造大国,模具作为工艺装备的基础,利用模具生产出来最终产品,这也使各个行业在产品制造过程中对模具制造具有较强的依赖性。在机械模具数控加工技术具体应用过程中,其对加工型面复杂度、结构繁琐度、精度及材料硬度都具有较高的要求。数控加工时间周期较短,这也使其在模具中发挥着重要的作用,而且技术的好坏会对模具的质量带来直接的影响。因此需要努力提高机械模具数控加工技术水平,确保其在模具制造中发挥出重要作用。
