WJ901076 超高功率电弧炼钢炉炉衬设计特点和运行经验——1989,№,5,51~53(俄)本文介绍了苏联白俄罗斯冶金厂1984年投产的-100吨超高功率电弧炉运行经验。作者叙述了炉子熔炼工艺、炉衬制作方式和炉衬材料,该炉过去使用进口耐火材料,从1985年下半年开始改用国产耐火料。作者给出进口耐火料的物理化学指标,并将国产料与进口料进行了对比,炉衬寿命令人满意。炉底为1500~2000炉次,炉墙为300~350炉次,炉顶中心部分为180~220炉次。炉子设计能力为750000吨/年。表2张。
WJ901076 Design and operation experience of lining of ultrahigh power electric arc furnace --1989, №5,51 ~ 53 (Russia) This paper presents the operation experience of the -100t ultrahigh power electric arc furnace put into operation in 1984 by Russian Belaruss Metallurgical Plant. The author describes the furnace smelting process, lining production methods and lining materials, the furnace used in the past imported refractory materials, from the second half of 1985 to switch to domestic refractory materials. The author gives the physical and chemical indexes of imported refractory materials, compares the domestic materials with imported materials, and the lining life is satisfactory. The bottom of the furnace is 1500-2000 times, the furnace wall is 300-350 times, and the center of the furnace is 180-220 times. Furnace design capacity of 750,000 tons / year. Table 2 Zhang.
