目的:建立稳定的小鼠异位小肠移植模型。方法:应用C57BL/6小鼠进行同基因异位小肠移植。手术采用非造口方法,将移植肠近端结扎,远端与自体回肠末段吻合。结果:连续进行小鼠异位小肠移植手术33只,手术完成率为97%,1只小鼠术中血管吻合失败,2只小鼠术后因不可逆的低血容量性休克死亡,移植总成功率为90.9%。结论:采用非小肠造口方法建立的小鼠异位小肠移植模型成功率高,为小肠移植的基础研究提供了理想的工具。
Objective: To establish a stable mouse model of ectopic small bowel transplantation. Methods: C57BL / 6 mice were used for heterotopic small intestine transplantation. Surgical use of non-stoma method, the proximal bowel transplants ligation, distal and distal ileum anastomosis. RESULTS: Thirty-three consecutive small-bowel transplantation of mice were performed. The rate of completion of surgery was 97%. One of the two mice failed intraoperative vascular anastomosis. Two mice died of irreversible hypovolemic shock after operation. The rate is 90.9%. Conclusion: The success rate of ectopic small bowel transplantation model established by non-small intestine stoma is high, which provides an ideal tool for the basic research of small bowel transplantation.
