钢渣水泥是利用自然缓慢冷却的炼钢废料钢渣,加入适量石膏,经混磨而成的无熟料水泥,其资源丰富,工艺生产简单,有很大的发展前途。钢渣水泥具有较好的抗渗、耐磨、抗冻和耐腐蚀性能,其收缩小,与钢筋握裹力好,后期强度高。但其最大的缺点是早期强度低,限制了其推广使用的范围。为充分利用炼钢工业废料,减少环境污染,我们对提高钢渣水泥的早期强度,进行了一些试验。一、原材料钢渣水泥、钢渣少熟料(20%)水泥、钢渣及沸石少熟料水泥(均为北京钢渣水泥厂产品);AC型复合增强剂,其主要成分为钾铝钠的复盐。二、试验结果试验结果如表1所示。采用正交试验法L_9(3)~2后,所选用的数值,以增强剂掺量4~5%(水泥重)为最佳。

But its biggest drawback is its low early strength, which limits the scope of its use. In order to make full use of steelmaking industrial waste and reduce environmental pollution, we conducted some tests to improve the early strength of steel slag cement. First, the raw material steel slag cement, steel slag less clinker (20%) cement, steel slag and zeolite less clinker cement (all products of Beijing Steel Slag Cement Factory); AC type compound reinforcement agent, its main component is the complex salt of potassium aluminum sodium. Second, the test results The test results are shown in Table 1. After adopting the orthogonal test method L_9(3)~2, the selected value is best when the reinforcing agent content is 4~5% (cement weight).
