当前,我国职业培训在适应终身化需要方面还存在着理念薄弱、政策不完善、培训资源过于分散、资源配置失衡、发展环境较差等问题。终身职业培训在我国还是一个新理念,对其内涵的认知还不够深入,这一理念尚未在我国职业培训制度、政策措施和职业培训工作等相关方面产生足够的影响。因此,本研究从制度设计的高度探索和分析我国适应各类劳动者职业发展的终身职业培训制度模式、构建目标、构建原则及发展途径等问题。希望在理清终身职业培训的内涵的基础上,对我国职业培训制度如何能适应职业培训的终身化提供一些思路。
At present, vocational training in our country still has the problems of weak idea, imperfect policy, overly dispersed training resources, unbalanced resource allocation and poor development environment in adapting to the needs of lifelong life. Lifelong occupational training is still a new concept in our country, and the cognition of its connotation is still not deep enough. This concept has not yet had enough influence on relevant aspects such as vocational training system, policy measures and vocational training in our country. Therefore, from the perspective of system design, this study explores and analyzes the life-long vocational training system mode that adapts to all kinds of laborers' career development in our country, and constructs goals, principles and approaches to development. Hoping to sort out the connotation of lifelong vocational training and provide some ideas on how our vocational training system can adapt to the lifelong of vocational training.
