1994年工资改革后,医疗单位职工的工资标准有较大提高,新增工资主要由单位自我消化,在经济上给单位增加了压力。如何执行新工资标准,剑阁县卫生部门有三种方法:一是保工资,奖金浮动。县防疫站、保健站等全额预算单位实行这种方法。二是保基本生活,部分工资及奖金浮动。经济状况较好的全民差额预算的县级医院和中心卫生院采用此方法。三是新工资标准作档案工资,工资按效益全浮动,挣多少发多少。一般乡镇卫生院用此种方法。剑阁县开封中心卫生院采用第二种分配方法。现将方案介绍给同道。
After the wage reform in 1994, the wage standard of staff in medical institutions was greatly increased.
