陈衍仪同志六四年毕业于西北电讯工程学院,七四年调往中国科学院广州电子技术研究所,先后研制射电天文望远镜幅射计、黑白电视机行振荡集成电路等课题。78年10月通过全国考试,以优异成绩赴美俄亥俄大学留学,与该校杰出教授陈惠开先生研究线性网络理论、宽带匹配网络理论。80年10月开始,自选数字信号处理中现代谱估值方法——最大熵法进行研究。运用双最大熵法和模拟噪声法两种方法,把最大熵法从只适于自回归模式推广到自回归——滑动平均模式,取得显著成果,在国外有一定影响。1981年底返国。82年5月又赴罗马出席IEEE第十五届线路与系统国际会议,在会上宣读“A New Iteratine Pole Zero Estinatr”论文,并参观访问了南斯拉夫的贝尔格莱德大学、意大利的罗马大学、帕多瓦大学、米兰工学院、佛罗伦萨大学及意大利国家电磁研究所。返国后,先后在南京工学院学报,广东电子学会年会、广东省科学馆、华南工学院等单位发表、宣读有关论文和作学术报告,获得好评。下文为本刊特约稿。
Comrade Chen Yanyi graduated from the Northwest Telecommunications Engineering Institute in 1974 and transferred to the Guangzhou Institute of Electronic Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1974. He has developed such topics as radio telescope radiometer and black and white TV line oscillating integrated circuit. In October 1978, he passed the national examination and went to Ohio University with honors to study in the United States. Chen Hui-kai, distinguished professor of the university, studied linear network theory and broadband matching network theory. Starting from October 1980, the modern spectrum estimation method in the digital signal processing of self-selection, the maximum entropy method, was studied. Applying maximum entropy method and simulated noise method, the maximum entropy method is extended from the autoregressive model to the autoregressive and sliding averaging model, which has achieved remarkable results and has certain influence abroad. Return home by the end of 1981. In May 1982, he went to Rome to attend the fifteenth IEEE International Conference on Routes and Systems, where he read out the paper “A New Iteratine Pole Zero Estinatr” and visited Belgrade University in Yugoslavia, the University of Rome in Italy, Padua University, Milan Institute of Technology, University of Florence and the Italian National Institute of Electromagnetic. After returning home, successively in Nanjing Institute of Technology, Guangdong Institute of Electronics Annual Meeting, Guangdong Provincial Science Museum, South China Institute of Technology and other units published, read the papers and academic reports, access to praise.
