通过对新加坡东亚管理学院、南洋理工学院、工艺教育学院等中职、高职的现场学习考擦,对他们先进的教育体系、学校创新的办学特色、实训室建设、课程组织管理、科学的管理运行机制进行了总结,阐述了他们的一些理念和成功经验对我国高等职业院校发展办学特色、提高人才培养工作水平方面的启示。 Through the on-site examinations of Secondary and Higher Vocational Education of East Asia School of Management, Nanyang Polytechnic and Institute of Technology and Education in Singapore, this paper analyzes their advanced education system, characteristics of school innovation, training room construction, course organization and management, scientific Management and operation mechanism were summarized. Some of their ideas and successful experiences were expounded on the enlightenment of our country’s higher vocational colleges in developing the characteristics of running a school and improving the level of personnel training.
