The sacrificial anode protection system for the steel pipe piles of the 3rd berth of Dandongwharf at Dandong port has operated for eight years.In this paper,the program design and the protectioneffect of the sacrificial anode protection system are presented.The results of various,inspections show thatthe piles are protected very satisfactorily.
