当代世界正处在大变革、大调整之中。一方面,世界多极化不可逆转,经济全球化深入发展,科学革命加速推进,全球和区域合作方兴未艾:另一方面,局部冲突和热点问题此起彼伏,全球经济失衡加剧,南北差距拉大,传统安全威胁和非传统安全威胁相互交织。当代中国同世界的关系发生了历史性变化,中国作为一个发展中的国家,正在发挥越来越重要的作用。中国的命运日益紧密地同世界的前途联系在一起。
The contemporary world is undergoing major changes and major adjustments. On the one hand, the world’s multi-polarization is irreversible. The deepening economic globalization and the acceleration of the scientific revolution promote the global and regional cooperation. On the other hand, local conflicts and hot issues come one after another, the global economic imbalance intensifies, the gap between North and South widens, the traditional security Threats and non-traditional security threats are intertwined. The historic changes have taken place in the relations between contemporary China and the rest of the world. China, as a developing country, is playing an increasingly important role. China’s destiny is increasingly closely linked with the future of the world.
