目的:了解中药葛根的酒精提取物葛根素治疗血液高粘滞综合征,改善微循环的药理机制。方法:以血液高粘滞综合症病人做为研究对象,随机分为葛根素治疗组,及用其他抗凝药物治疗的对照组,并以健康人群为正常空白对照,利用WTP-AII型可谓式体外血栓形成,血小板粘附两用仪及SDI—III型血液自动计时粘度计检测等手段,观察葛根素和其他抗凝药物对血小板活化等方面的抑制作用,结果:表明葛根素在降低血小板粘附率,聚集率,改善血栓前状态,降低血液粘度等显著优于对照组,且不具备单一性,符合在体外/或体内有抑制血小板活化,抑制血小板血栓,又不引起出血的特点,且副作用小,使用安全,药源广阔,结论:葛根素可以做为一种抗栓,改善微循环的首选药物投入临床应用。
