针对渤海S油田聚合物微球调驱产出液影响原油脱水问题,从聚合物微球药剂体系入手,研究了聚合物微球的使用浓度、微球体系的组分、膨胀时间等对原油脱水效果的影响,矿场试验也证实聚合物微球产出液对原油处理效果的影响,特别是电脱水器的处理效果产生较大影响。结果表明,聚合物微球乳液会对原油乳化产生一定影响,并随着浓度的增加,影响程度增加。油田通过掺液稀释的方式对电脱水器进行处理,原油脱水达到正常水平。这对调整聚合物微球乳化剂配方、有效降低聚合物微球溶液对电脱水器脱水效果的影响提供重要的技术改进思路和技术借鉴。
