本文叙述了一种悬浮集电极pnp 管的新结构,这种pnp 管具有饱和压降低、负载能力强、开关速度快、增益高、一致性好等优点,可广泛用于集成电路输出管的制作.
This paper describes a new structure of pnp tube with floating collector. This pnp tube has the advantages of low saturation voltage, strong load capacity, fast switching speed, high gain and good consistency. It can be widely used in the fabrication of IC output tubes .
