提出一种快速估测大面积磁性薄膜磁畴结构的方法──傅里叶光谱分析法.利用偏振光透射半透明磁性薄膜产生的法拉第旋转效应,让穿过磁性薄膜后具有不同偏振面的光再经过检偏器,调整检偏器的晶轴方向使之与某一部分光的偏振面垂直,于是一部分偏振光消光,而另一部能够通过,在足够远处便得到了代表磁性薄膜畴结构的衍射光谱,这种方法可用于磁性薄膜畴参数估计及磁性薄膜畴壁动态特性研究.
A rapid method for estimating the magnetic domain structure of large area magnetic films was proposed - Fourier spectroscopy. The polarized light transmitted through the semitransparent magnetic film generates Faraday rotation effect, so that the light having different polarization planes passes through the magnetic film and then passes through an analyzer to adjust the direction of the crystal axis of the analyzer so as to be perpendicular to the plane of polarization of a part of the light , So that part of the polarized light extinction, and the other can be passed far enough to obtain the diffraction spectrum of the magnetic film domain structure, this method can be used for magnetic film domain parameter estimation and magnetic thin film domain wall dynamics research.
