以昆明树木园云南红豆杉 (Taxusyunnanensis)人工林为研究对象 ,采用垂直板式聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 ,检查了此人工林雌配子体的苹果酸脱氢酶 (MDH)、酯酶 (EST)、莽草酸脱氢酶 (SKD)、谷氨酸草酰乙酸转氨酶(GOT)及过氧化物酶 (PER)的同工酶 ,分析了此群体等位酶的遗传变异。根据多态位点的标准 ,发现检测的基因位点的 70 %是多态的。每个基因位点发现的等位基因平均数是 2 10。所检测的 10个位点平均期望杂合度是0 2 91;平均实际杂合度为 0 2 93;平均等位基因有效数是 1 5 98。
Taking the Taxus Yunnanensis plantation in Kunming Arboretum as the research object, vertical plate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to examine the effects of malate dehydrogenase (MDH), esterase (EST) The genetic variations of allogenic enzymes in this population were analyzed by isozyme of oxalate dehydrogenase (SKD), glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT) and peroxidase (PER). According to the criteria of polymorphic loci, it was found that 70% of the loci detected were polymorphic. The average number of alleles found per locus was 2 10. The average expected heterozygosity for the 10 loci detected was 0 2 91; the average actual heterozygosity was 0 2 93; and the average number of effective alleles was 1 5 98.
