在pH63NaH2PO4-Na2HPO4缓冲介质中,有溴化十六烷基三甲基铵存在下,钯(Ⅱ)与水杨基萤光酮形成1∶3的有色络合物,其最大吸收波长为580nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为101×105L·mol-1·cm-1.当在体系中分别加入30mg11种不同络合剂时,其中酒石酸、乳酸、苯羟乙酸和二苯羟乙酸使体系吸光度升高,其余使吸光度有不同程度的降低.在有酒石酸存在下,可使Zr(Ⅳ),Au(Ⅲ),Al(Ⅲ)和Fe(Ⅲ)的允许量提高,方法用于碳钯催化剂中钯的测定,结果满意.
