观察了家兔食饵性动脉粥样硬化(AS)模型的血浆心房钠尿肽(ANP)和血脂含量的变化。结果表明,AS组血浆ANP含量(14.32±3.58 μg/L)明显高于对照组(9.43±3.14 μg/L)(P<0.01);血清Tch、TG、LDL-ch、VLDL-ch含量也明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。提示,血脂紊乱和AS形成时ANP释放增加,ANP含量变化与Tch、LDL-ch密切相关(P<0.05)。文中还讨论了这些变化的可能机理。
The changes of plasma atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) and blood lipids in rabbit model of preeclamptic atherosclerosis (AS) were observed. The results showed that plasma ANP level in AS group (14.32 ± 3.58 μg / L) was significantly higher than that in control group (9.43 ± 3.14 μg / L) (P <0.01), and serum Tch, TG, LDL-ch and VLDL- Higher than the control group (P <0.01). It was suggested that ANP release increased with dyslipidemia and AS formation. The changes of ANP content were closely related to Tch and LDL-ch (P <0.05). The paper also discusses possible mechanisms for these changes.
