为了降低石油钻井实训教学成本,增强钻井实训操作的安全性,满足高职教育基于工作过程系统化的情景教学需要,研制一台小型实用的石油钻井教学钻机,该研究在国内尚属首例。在小型化研制过程中,根据学校条件和教学实际需要,对现场钻机进行科学集成,既考虑系统的可操作性,又考虑零部件的通用性,便于将来批量生产和推广,同时还兼顾特殊部件的单一性,尽可能降低生产成本。钻井教学实践表明,在技术上和经济上,该装置用于钻井实训教学都是可行的。
