以抗病油菜品种783和感病品种84039为材料,4叶期进行10mmol/L草酸浸根处理不同时间后,对其3种酶活性进行测定。结果表明,抗病品种783的过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性高于感病品种84039。2个品种叶片中POD、SOD的活性都比各自的清水对照高,且抗病品种增加幅度大于感病品种,而PPO活性却下降。说明这3种酶在油菜对核盘菌草酸毒素的抗性表达过程中有重要生理生化作用,在抗病育种中可能作为生理指标加以利用。
Taking resistant rapeseed cultivar 783 and susceptible cultivar 84039 as materials, the activities of three enzymes were determined after 4 days treatment with 10 mmol / L oxalic acid soaked roots for different time. The results showed that the activities of peroxidase (POD), polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) of resistant variety 783 were higher than those of the susceptible variety 84039.2. Were higher than their respective water control, and the resistant varieties increased more than susceptible varieties, while PPO activity decreased. These results indicate that these three enzymes play an important physiological and biochemical role in the resistance expression of rapeseed to oxalicotoxins in rapeseed and may be used as physiological indices in resistance breeding.
