本文系基于Fe3O4磁性纳米粒子建立一种新颖的生物传感器显色法用于高灵敏检测四环素 (TCs) .实验显示四环素具有强烈的和Fe3O4络合的倾向从而抑制Fe3O4 MNPs-H2O2-TMB显色体系.利用水热法合成Fe3O4纳米酶, 通过FT-IR、XRD、SEM、TEM等手段对Fe3O4纳米酶进行表征, 并将该材料用于四环素类抗生素的快速检测.同时本文还优化了各种参数.在最佳条件下, 方法定量限为0.035-0.043μg, 回收率为90.9%~95.6%.“,”A novel colorimetric biosensor using Fe3O4 nanoparticles for highlysensitive detection of tetracyclines in this paper.Experiments results show that the tetracyclines can complex complexation of Fe3O4 nanoparticles which restrain coloration of Fe3O4 MNPs-H2 O2-TMB. Fe3O4@ nano-enzyme were synthesized by solvothermal reaction and characterized with FT-IR, XRD, SEM, TEM etc. Fe3O4@ nano-enzyme can use of rapid detection of tetracyclines. Various parameters affecting were optimized systematically. Under the optimum conditions, the limits of detection of the method were between 0.035 and 0.43μg, the recoveries were in the range of 90.9% to 95.6%.
